Say what?!?
I sat on the driver’s side on the bus for a change (just to add a bit of spice to my otherwise boring working stiff existence), and I spotted this sticker on his dashboard:
Love Radio, Yes FM, EnergyFM, Star FM, WRR(all lies), I FM Sariwang Isipan sa umaga, binubulok ng mabantot at cheap nyong musika. Salot sa isipan, emosyon overdose na! Angat mo isipan mo mamang driver. Angat Pinoy, Year 2005 na!
Before I got off at my stop I asked the driver where he got it. First he asked me why I wanted to know.
Me: Kursunada ko lang. Ang taray eh.
He said the radio station (pointing in the general direction of the sticker) gave it to him.
Oh ok, I said.
The irony of it all is — the bus was tuned in to (you guessed it) YES FM.
Kailangan mo pa bang i-memorize yan?!?
