The story about the yellow card is true in the same way that I related my brush with the MMDA official (i just lost my blog pics of my suki's yellow card). The story in quotes is from a news report from Paulynn Sicam, and credited with a link to the original page where it appears. I am glad that binay has done a good job in Makati City. As have BF for Marikina, I have see him transform the backwards town of Marikina to a very progressive city. We tell a tale of two cities who have benefited from these men. My perspective is influenced by my experiences living in Marikina, and you living in Makati. But I am curious about how well the OBR program has fared. Last articles I read in the inquirer is a mix review of the results. ahhhh interesting.
