I’m not about to do a Robert de Niro in Meet the Parents where he embeds a hidden spy camera in various parts of the house just so he can catch Ben Stiller’s character at a misdeed. Even the caveat that you never really know anyone until you catch him doing something wrong doesn’t seem to apply at our household. I would agree on putting in surveillance cameras in the office premises or at the village parking lot, but not in my home, not where there’s trust implicit amongst the people who live in it. That’s just not the way we do things at home.
