Do mbt shoes really work?
I haven’t seen these kind of shoes in the shopping malls as of yet, but I’ve seen a few sandals and tongs shaped pretty much like the curve of a typical MBT shoe that you will find in the link above.
I would think the padding inside the shoe that supports the instep and the arch of the foot that makes a better shoe, but apparently how we place our footing and where we place our footing is important as well.
I suppose I’ll know better if I get to try on a pair. Looks rather unstable if you ask me, but then again most things are just a matter of getting used to.
