One of the new features of iOS 6 is Facebook integration, in the same manner than Twitter integration has been built into the earlier versions of the mobile operating system. But the redesign also includes fancy and ubiquitous buttons to make sure you know that you can share photos, links, tweets and status messages with one tap. Or click if you’re on a mac with OSX 10.8.2.
You can Tweet or post a status message right from the home screen of your iDevice by pulling down the notifications pane.
After tapping on the Facebook button you will see something like this screen:
You can also share a photo direct from the Photos app by tapping on the curved arrow button to the right of the Slideshow button.
Sharing links? Just as easy.
The screen captures above are from my iPad 3, also known as The New iPad. On the iPhone the screens are similar, save for the sharing of links. On the iPhone Safari browser the icon is found at the bottom of the browser screen, next to the bookmark and new page icons.
There you go, easier sharing with iOS 6.
