I managed to wake up early enough for the partial solar eclipse a few days ago. Thank goodness the weather had cleared in the morning, because it had been raining if not overcast in the previous days.

A friend on Facebook alerted me to an article by the local weather bureau about the eclipse, and thank goodness too, otherwise I would have been completely clueless.
